Friday 4th - Sunday 6th September 2009Phasels WoodTake a campsite, dinosaurs and cavemen, mix in a pinch if Scout Network magic and what do you get? T-rexodus! Exodus is the annual gathering of Scout Networks (the youth section for Scouts aged 18 to 25) from across Hertfordshire.From the primordial soup of Exodus 2008 something survived and T-rexodus was born. With the ice age melting into summer, the herds were on the move and the great prehistoric exodus would soon take place. Elite tribes of Scout Networks from across Hertfordshire gathered in a quiet woodland glade at Phasels Wood. Their purpose: to see which tribe would win the honour of being crowned the chiefs of T-rexodus.After two days of challenges, at the final gathering of the tribes, the results were revealed. In fourth place came Polaris’ Bedrock Babes, in third came Hemel’s Team Buff (plus Ian), in second place came Stevenage’s Toms Tigers and crowned this years Exodus champions were Polaris’ Cavemen Capers.Congratulations to the teams who entered, especially the top four teams from Hemel, Stevenage and Watford.See you all next year for Exodus 2010!
